I just received damaged products and there was no resolution. I was ok with exchange as I needed them desperately. But no middle ground was found. Wait time was too long for customer service executive to reach out to me. Now I am stuck with a costly damaged shampoo. Spending my money for no reason.

There are better alternatives thank this app with better customer service!

The Skip button on the top right on the launch screen is useless. Tapping it asks for the location. After giving access to the location it goes back to the launch screen. It’s not even possible for a potential customer to see what’s available before parting with their phone number and sacrificing privacy forever.

First of all there is not customer support number to call and you only have the option to chat with them.
Second - I wanted to return the product as the quality was bad so I started the process to initiate the return but there was no option to refund the amount to my bank account and they were offering this app cash which I don't want. I don't use this app much. It was something urgent that I needed so I used this app to order.
They didn't initiated my return until I accepted this app money (forcefully) and when they finally initiated my refund they refused to transfer the refund amount to my bank account and abruptly closed the conversation stating that they won't help me at all.

Basically they took back the product and the money with them. I don't use this app much so the money will be kept and once the time period is expired my money will be gone.

I was forced to accept this app Cash.

been trying to place a COD order due to not having Indian bank accounts

first time it worked fine, after that the COD option doesnt show
customer service are clueless say they fixed the issue and try after 2 hrs i followed instructions and today another customer service agent says theres lots of cancelled transactions hemce COD doesnt appear so please make one successful transaction to let COD work!... and how do they expect me to do that 🤔 useless seriously

i waited enough just for the customer care agent to blame me that its my fault due to N number of cancelled transactions, well if thats the case remove the blocks from my account or reset or something, I expect a practical solution instead i was told try with alrernate number ir make obe successful transaction , but how the apps faulty for me and youll are unable to fix it

Debit card . OTP tnsaction on the bank was done properly. Money was deducted from account but the transaction failed at this app. Customer service is a chat program run by Neanderthals. They tell me money will be refunded but they have no clue or desire to investigate the failed transaction or the amount. Money was literally stolen use cash on delivery fruits are not fresh.

"Do not buy anything from Zepto. They deliver defective products and expired food items. I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times but haven’t received any response. Give atleast support in 10 days, only delivery in 10 min is not importent

this app is applying delivery fee even when the customer is having pass membership and the order is eligible for free delivery. Ordered more than the eligible amount for delivery but still delivery fee has not been reduced by default instead option is coming for customers to choose free delivery. This is completely cheating. Why would I have to choose the option always to apply free delivery even with pass membership and ordered more than minimum payment.

During peak times it is often experienced that deliveries take over 40 minutes. It’s also shows misleading estimated delivery time of 20 minutes while placing the order. Again, another misinformation shown on Zepto is the notification that the delivery person has arrived at the gate. We do not live in a gated community and yet it takes over 5-7 minutes from getting this notification to actually getting the order delivered. It takes less than half a minute to get from the gate to the residence. Wish Zepto adds more transparency to its operations.

I liked this app and used to order from them daily.
Till I actually required customer support for a wrong product.
It’s not live or simple like any other app, you have to email them, wait till they reply at their leisure.
Then they just copy paste standard points and don’t address the issue at hand. Finally, I gave up. Their customer support made it from my favorite app to an app that I’ve deleted. Kudos!

I’ve only been using this app for about a week. However, I’ve found that this app is—in general—considerably faster and more efficient than its competitors. If I order Red Bull or cold drinks from another service, they usually arrive lukewarm. However, this app delivers such products already chilled.

While this app does have lower prices than some other platforms, these are countered by their service fee. Nonetheless, and with all else equal, I’ve found this app more reliable and user-friendly.

I didn’t know that I was wasting my time going out to get good groceries when I could just order it has been a pleasant experience my whole family agrees this app beats em all

I have started using this app since a month and I am pretty happy with the product quality, price and the delivery speed.

They speak of delivery in 10 minutes but take up to 30-35 minutes. this app cash is always it available

Every vegetable I ordered was fresh and enough quantity and delivery was quick and efficient

Overall nice experience with this app. Good customer service in case of dissatisfaction, and they solved it accurately and fastly. Lightning speed delivery. Looking forward for more deliveries from this app. Good work keep it up 👍🏻

this app Platform is really superb. Very easy to select the products and placing the order. Very disciplined, courteous and efficient delivery boys deliver the products earlier than the scheduled time. Best wishes to this app and their team.

Entering delivery address was literally impossible. Would not take the typed address and the address database is very limited and won’t let you change and details of a selected address from the database. Good luck guys. Enjoy the VC money.
