Don’t waste your money

They will send you a shipping confirmation (meaning the label was printed), but your product won’t ever ship. 2 items, 2 orders, placed the same day, same problem. I emailed them and after much back and forth, one package magically appeared 2 days later. That was 2 months after I received the shipping confirmation. The 2nd order still hasn’t showed up. It’s January 2022….those orders were placed in October 2021. And all they’re offering is a 20% discount on something else. Then I look at my account and they just canceled the order without letting me know and actually telling me it was still on it’s way. A shirt I ordered looked NOTHING like the one online, but it’s more time consuming and expensive to return it than to keep and give it to goodwill since you have to not only print out your return label, but you also get to pay the ridiculously high return shipping fee.

Don’t do it!

I ordered 3 items from this company. I did get an email with a tracking number but then I clicked it usps stated label not created will update when they get the item from the shop. After 2 weeks of nothing updating I emailed customer service like directed to. One person told me it had shipped to wait a few more days for it to update. A week went by still nothing so I contacted them again. A different person told me it did indeed ship to please wait a few more days so I did. It’s now been over a month and contacted them again. A completely different person told me IT HASNT BEEN PICKED UP YET! But wait I was already told it shipped????!!!!! There website state the shipping process should only take 7-10 business days. It’s been over a month and no tracking update or anything. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it!

I am very very disappointed in my purchase you would expect for $50 that I would be able to fit at least one pair of the jeans. If I could at least begin to fit the jeans I would have overlooked the cheap quality of the jeans. This is not what you advertised I’m soo mad at myself because my gut told me not to trust your website I read your horrible reviews over and over again and still had faith that my jeans would be as amazing as I’d thought when I fell in love with on the website. You guys are not very honest in my eyes. If I am a plus size woman and I ordered all XXL why are the pants that you actually sent me literally like a girls or women’s small that’s not right and I will never order from this website again. I am a single parent that works very hard for my money and called myself treating myself I’m very disappointed and will not be using this website ever again.
