1 year agoHello, I Pearl Henyard have purchased scan shot moths ago on my apple phone which I subscribed, which my subscription was to be monthly and not weekly after my trial period. Which apple has constantly charged my account. The other issue I am having is that I have an Android phone now and still want to use my scan shot but now when I downloaded Google is also charging me constantly, which is only supposed to be monthly which now both companies is charging me for the same thing, which I have an account with scan shot, so I am trying to resolve this issue, I would like scan shot to contact me to resolve my issue, because I would like to keep my account with scan shot. I have utlized the services, therefore would like all my data kept, which I would like to continue to utilizing the services for the reasonable monthly payment. I would like to be contacted to resolve this matter, thus has really become a nuisance and a problem with my account which has resulted overcharged on my account. Can’t cancel
I’m trying to cancel this app but I am unusable to delete/cancel it. It says I can only cancel from the App Store but I don’t see that option. I’ve been in a never ending loop from the store to the app on my phone & back again.

You don’t give any instructions or help how to use the scanner!!! On top you insist on. Nickname Nd whatever I put it is taken! Further more the email does not work. How can I contact you?
