7 months agoI NEVER got a Zolve credit card in the mail It shows on my 3 credit reports I have a card with your co but I dont have NO card Then I get an email stating you might be shutting my account off What is going on? Please call me immediately at 8128966390 Sincerely Linda Norris

1 year agoThis company is a fraud they stole my money I initiated a bank transfer from my U.S. bank account on 09/27/22 and as of 10/14/22 I have yet to be credited those funds I transferred I have contacted them through chat numerous times sent them my bank statements for proof that I was debited weeks ago from my U.S. bank account for these transfers like they requested of me as well as a selfie with me holding my ID card up in the selfie and yet CRICKETS no response from them I am filing complaints with all government and state agencies to report these fraudsters

I have faced so many issues with this company there’s no call center to resolve the chat and email team is very slow your Money will be trapped with them you can’t use all the money to even pay your college fees which I was not able to. They have set all kind of limits which doesn’t increase if you have to. Never ever use this on iPhones it is very irresponsive. The customer chat is so pathetically designed they purposely make you wait for many mins so that you get agitated and walk away I have been trying to get in contact with people but it’s screwed up system.
