Hai, it been long time the app didn't working, every time when I open the app to read there will say 'fail to load the data' and also there too much advertisement.

How to fix MReader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MReader app on iPhone
Update MReader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MReader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MReader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MReader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MReader Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MReader not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MReader App
1. On android, goto Settings » MReader » click [Force Stop]

Update MReader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MReader App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MReader » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MReader.

Fix MReader unable to contact server/ MReader internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MReader » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MReader » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MReader
