I found out a BUYK opened right across the street so I placed my first order and it was delivered within 10 min, two days later same thing and we were very pleased. Go to place 3rd order and will not process. Called customer service many times and they are polite but don’t know how to handle any problems. They referred it to the IT team who said my account is blocked for security purposes and if I want to know why I should read the terms of service which I did and I have done absolutely nothing wrong. I’m told they don’t know the reason and they can’t do anything else. There is no supervisor to talk to either. So no one knows how to help customers with a problem. So you would rather lose a customer than correct your mistakes? not good business and will be letting friends know not to use.

I have used Fridge No More, Gorillas, and Buyk, and this one is by far the worst in NYC. Not once have the items in my order been correct. There is always a mistake that takes 10 minimum days to refund/correct and they never even offer to send the right item. You have to hound them for the refund too even though they consistently send the wrong things and only tell you after the fact that something you ordered is sold out. Customer service is difficult to get in touch with too. Really stick with the other services if you want anything reliable!

My first ever order was great, super quick, easy. Great prices for a delivery app too. Only issue came with my second order. Ended up in a bit of a pinch, needed some stuff for dinner after the shops had closed, pulled up the app, and couldn’t place the order. Every time I tried to pay, error message. Contacted support, basically told me there was nothing they could do for me, they’d forward the issue to IT. Didn’t even get an apology, though that wouldn’t have helped my empty belly much. No dinner for me.
