Your drop down list of names doesn’t give me the option to change the unique spelling of the recipients name. Please tell me how to do this.
I am trying to cancel my subscription. But under my subscriptions on my iPhone it shows My subscription as free even though I paid $6.99 which shows on my bank statement. Lately I have been looking for get well encouragement and thinking of you cards for an ill person. When I click on a possible choice from the categories and press play arrow, there is a sound icon on the bottom but nothing plays. The perfect music is the main part of a sometimes trite message, and is the heart lifter part of the cards, Another day I will click on a card that was silent before and the music plays and it is perfect. What's going on? using for years with never found a silent card that seems to have music.

n trying to send ecards, some of them have no sound, but a few do have sound. I am not muted. How can this be fixed?

Can’t write in a recipient name

Why only a drop down list of names? User should be able to write in the recipient name. Wake up, Blue Mountain. Are you totally unaware of the endless variety of unusual names, foreign names, and variations in spelling of certain names? A drop down list just doesn’t cut it. And adding more names to the list isn’t the solution. The list is ridiculously long already. Pity the person who wants to send a card to Zach.
Reduced flexibility with recent changes.

In the past, if I wanted to send my family an ecard I could sign it as being from myself and my spouse. Now, that feature doesn’t appear to be there and, for me, takes away from sending the card in the first place. I think I will have to find another provider. In addition, there is no longer the ability to enter a name on some of the cards; rather, you have to select from a list of names. If your person’s name isn’t spelled exactly as it shows on your list then you really can’t use those cards. For example, I tried to send a card to a Jacquelyn but that spelling is not provided, so I didn’t use that card, or any of the cards where the names are provided. I don’t know what has encouraged you to reduce the flexibility of your products but it has been noticed and is not appreciated.
Good user interface

Good overall user interface, with a little less functionality than the website. The two things I use a lot that were missing in the app: ability to change fonts, font size, and color on the personalized messages, and ability to edit the sender name (my wife and I share the account, so sometimes we want to show the email coming from just one of us, and sometimes from both of us).
