This app doesn’t work Only recognized one word of the 30 second video. Annoyingly I have already paid for the yearly subscription two days ago being a solo mom, and having forgotten to cancel the subscription and they continue to deny my request for a refund.

I wanted to try this app and see if I can use this for adding subtitles to my video. I was testing several apps to see which I’m had the option to manually add subtitles, not audio translate. I’m a new deaf content creator and need to try which features work for me. This app requires you to subscribe for the features I was looking for, so I did. Once he trial was over, they charged me. They will not refund you back even if you try to cancel the day of trial ends. This app didn’t even have the feature I needed, so disappointing for a huge chunk of money. Beware of this app!
