Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Vidpex app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Vidpex app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vidpex app on iPhone
Update Vidpex app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vidpex iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vidpex on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vidpex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Vidpex not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vidpex app issues:

Force Stop the Vidpex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vidpex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vidpex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vidpex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vidpex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vidpex.

Fix Vidpex unable to contact server/ Vidpex internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vidpex » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vidpex » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vidpex on android.
