Contrary to most reviewers, I’ve found that their bus data is the most accurate out of all the apps I use - however the app has completely stopped working for me!! It started with it crashing whenever I would try to tap a particular line to see more times, which was annoying but I could live with. I emailed them leaving feedback after updating the app didn’t fix it, but never heard back. Now the app completely doesn’t work for me. It keeps saying there are no stops within my selected distance, despite commuting from the same locations in Los Angeles as I always do. Their website information is still accurate, but not nearly as convenient to use. It’s such a shame because this was the best and most reliable app to use even with my city’s unpredictable buses, but now it’s completely useless. :(

For the past week now I’ve been trying to use this app to tell when my bus comes but every time I bring it up, it says there are no busses available as opposed to a couple weeks ago it always had my bus show. On top of that I’ll wait for my bus and it says 5 minutes away when in reality the bus will be 10 minutes or more. Also, I’ve missed my bus and was late because the bus on my schedule will flip around and not even come down my street.

I have pictures of the app telling me for three months that Christmas Traffic would hinder my ride: It was July. The app estimates times (have proven it on many occasions) rather than actually tracking the vehicle real-time. So this is more of a crap shoot, than an educated guess.
Once upon a time long ago, this app was decent... now, Google maps is far more accurate and reliable. Don’t waste your time of data downloading this forgotten relic of an app. R.I.P. NextBus.
