Each time I tried to use it, it would pop up a window “rate 5 stars” or “send feedback” and the latter would pop up an email. I would have to choose that, then cancel and then click back to get to the actual app, but anytime I clicked submit for a photo, same thing.
I then tried to cancel it, but there’s NO option to do that. I’ve sent them an email, but will be reporting as I am expecting I will be charged before I do.

Doesn’t allow you to control the opacity of the background blur. Was trying to create a portrait mode effect on a photo but the blur it applied to the background was too solid

Having tried a number of apps designed to do the same thing and this one is one of the best I have to admit. Quickly and cleanly, backgrounds are removed, leaving just that part of the photo that I actually need. Great job guys. BackgroundStudioAI does what it's meant to and does it superbly.

Not only is the product itself complete trash. They offer you a three day free trial and then immediately charge your card and when you try to get a refund it’s nearly impossible. I wouldn’t waste my time with BackgroundStudioAI. I would suggest something better like Canva.

After I paid for the subscription, it would no longer edit my pictures. It kept coming up with an error message. I canceled the subscription and went with a different app.

BackgroundStudioAI, after 4 minutes of “processing” time per photo, does not correctly detect the backgrounds of my photos. Ever. And I cannot correct them. They also immediately charged me for a full year subscription instead of the 3 day free trial. I am unable to obtain a refund. So I have a background removal app for $36 for the next year that doesn’t work. Don’t bother with BackgroundStudioAI.

Able to download any background to make any photo have any backdrop, really like the flexibility of it. Would be perfect if there were more options so I wouldn’t need to find bakcgrounds
