Background Editor - Blur Photo Reviews

I was just about to finish my picture with a Background that I didn’t really like, I was trying to put a nice beach background to my photo replacing my legs and car, I was just about to finish my picture and suddenly BackgroundEditor crashed! I was hoping my 30-40 minutes of work would be saved but as I got into BackgroundEditor I realized IT DIDNT SAVE!? I was sooo disappointed because the cropping and making the back ground change was such a hassle!! First off u had to color in the parts that wanted to stay in the picture, and to make it more time consuming when you wanted to check and see if your picture was fully covered u wouldn’t be able to get back to get to the spots u missed... IT JUST MAKES U START OVER?!! I do NOT recomend BackgroundEditor to ANYONE, it takes so much time and doesn’t turn out good!! I hope BackgroundEditor is fixed or at leased gets rid of some stuff!!

BackgroundEditor is good for people that have phones with a pen. It makes more easy to use. It is fairly okay by itself but it is very tedious work to edit a photo. I don't think i personally would pay the $2.99 per week to edit a photo, if i wanted to use it for a business and i would use it all the time, i might. For a few pictures i would just let the photo be how it is.

Free version allows user to change backgrounds and blur out specific portions of pictures. Other users have commented BackgroundEditor is a bit tedious, and I would agree. Maybe it was just me but I couldn’t figure out how to undo the most recent change I made and had to start over if I made an error. That’s tedious!

I found BackgroundEditor to be a little confusing at first. Once I was on it long enough it became easier to use. Did not have enough background options for me. Very useful for those needing the option to erase or edit. Also for the weekly price it’s not that bad if you are Simone who uses if often.

BackgroundEditor is great if it’s something you want to maybe test out and have some fun with. Do think that the magic eraser would be a lot more useful if it was smaller to get into those little spots on certain photos. However blurring option is awesome. Recommend if you want to change up certain photo looks.

I've been searching for an app that removes the background very good. I can take a picture of the object and remove the background better on this
app than any other app! The cost of the service is low & competitive with other background erasers. It's a good investment into getting what you want
and where you need to be!!

It removes backgrounds easily as other users have said but in playing around in BackgroundEditor and the adding other effects or trying to get lighting right took multiple steps. Longs you play around enough to familiar with it, I think you would enjoy using it.

I just needed something with basic functionality to either blur backgrounds or add a new one for prints I like to display on my walls and this was it. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Started with the free trial and for $2.99 a week, it’s not so bad if you do basic photo editing often.

I tried a few different photo background apps and this one is great! I think coloring in the area you want to keep instead of cutting it out makes it easier. Not 5 stars because there aren't any stock photos so make sure you already have a picture of the background you want already in your phone.

When first downloading BackgroundEditor and opening , there is no first time how to guide. You kind of just have to figure it out on your own but after the initial self exploring, it is a good photo edit app. I like the options available to make your okay picture into a post worthy” picture!!

BackgroundEditor is pretty straight forward and easy to use I love that it zooms in at the corner so you can see exactly where you are making the edits to a picture. Not 100% sure that I would pay $2.99 per week for it, maybe if I took photos regularly 🤷🏼‍♀️

App seems to be pretty user friendly! Does have pretty basic graphics and layout through out! Do think only three days for the free trial for premium is a little short. Would at least like the 7 days! However does seem to be simple to be able to upload pictures from library or simply take them in BackgroundEditor !

There’s literally 3 features, you can apply them but the secondary abilities are locked during the trial, Why I don’t know? The background removal is cool, but it’s also very directly related to what you touch, would of been nice the see the blur effect, but I can manually do the same thing in procreate pocket and that’s $5 for life with thousands of things to use and do.

Sometimes I take really nice pictures, but I dislike the background. Just using a blur background is a somewhat decent fix, but other times I would rather have a background eraser, for erasing the background completely. BackgroundEditor allows me both options & I couldn't be happier.

The buttons are not as responsive as they need to be, they are tiny and makes it difficult to use. The contrast of the check mark is too similar to the background color. I tried the cropping option but once I picked one it was hard to change back. Had to uninstall.

There aren’t very many background options like I was hoping and it’s difficult to outline the image with your finger on a phone. Would be better if you have a stylus for sure but you definitely need to add good backgrounds that would make BackgroundEditor very awesome to have different settings to choose from like Krome studios has but Krome is way too expensive!!

BackgroundEditor is good for highlighting sections in black and white pics. Background eraser did not really work. Also pricing seems a bit steep since it doesn’t function what it says. Either that or instructions aren’t clear on how to do it.

It’s not the MOST user friendly when it comes to background erasing. But as far as blurring images, it’s easy. It’s also cool to use for greyscale and just select which part of the pic that you want in color.

BackgroundEditor is so cool! I really like the blur feature. It works so good and blurred the face very well. There’s so many things you can with BackgroundEditor . I was surprised to see so many don’t choices to add text to the image. All in all, I definitely will be keeping and using BackgroundEditor.

Ok so I see a lot of comments where you guys complain about BackgroundEditor, but if u think about it BackgroundEditor isn't to blame it's u. The reason why things go wrong is because you guys probably didn't look for the tools or stuff. So next time try and try to look around before complaining because the reason why things go wrong is because you guys are also doing something wrong

Touch Retouch is one app that definitely comes in handy. It installed without any issues. I love its set up and features. I'm able to blur background of the photo. The background eraser is a useful tool. It feels great to know there's an app out here that can retouch my images.

For retouching pictures I always had a struggle with just the camera app on the Iphone. I just came across BackgroundEditor and it’s perfect for background changes like a background earaser and to blur background. Five Stars!

I tried BackgroundEditor with the 3 friend referral and after they all uploaded BackgroundEditor on their phones they still charged my card $49 I only used it once and it worked horrible had to keep erasing the whole thing after making little mistakes, I’ve left 4 messages to their customer service to get a refund since I was charged by mistake and not one reply back!!! Horrible stay far away!!

Perfect for before and after salon pics. I can superimpose the before in a small box to showcase the after! Most apps have a hard time allowing that because they want the pics to be equal size. This one is perfect.

They tell you BackgroundEditor is free but the most basic thing needs an upgrade to premium! I only needed to change the background of my picture to white!! You only realize it after you select the area and take lots of time to fix it then before you save you get a notification that you should unlock the premium features. Shame on you! Why say it’s a free app in the first place? Scam!!!

I just started working with BackgroundEditor and am not totally used to all it can do, but what I've seen so far seems to be great. I think that once I get used to it, I will find it very useful.

I don’t know how or when I got signed up for this but it was certainly not intentional- possibly fraudulent. How do u I unsubscribe?? I didn’t even have BackgroundEditor on my phone!! I just downloaded it to see if there is any way to cancel my membership and all it does is ask me to start a free trial!! No settings options, no support contact.

Looks like a total scam to me. Give me back my money!!

A little tough if you pick the wrong picture for you background. You can't go back and pick another picture you have to start all over. Lots of tools that other editing programs don't have.

Brush is pretty good! That's one of the most critical point to determine if BackgroundEditor is good or bad. I was hoping it automatically detect the background but oh well at least the manual brush is good! With there was option of how strong you want background blurred.

u can barely see what you are highlighting on certain pictures... and all the bombardments of ads are simply just unfair !!! down right rude !!! they interrupt any progress 😤😤😤😤there are several apps that are far better than this one whose ads are for less intrusive.... this is a stupid app .., and 4 those who like it more than likely have not tried other apps!!! definitely not worth the money .. zero stars from me👎🏼

It turns out we had a photobomber in me and my girlfriends favorite vacation picture. Iv been going through apps to erase this person and I can definitely say blur background is the best background eraser on BackgroundEditor Store!
