How to fix LockID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LockID app on iPhone
Update LockID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LockID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LockID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LockID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LockID Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LockID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LockID App
1. On android, goto Settings » LockID » click [Force Stop]

Update LockID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LockID App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LockID » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LockID.

Fix LockID unable to contact server/ LockID internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LockID » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LockID » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LockID
