I have the Hero 12 black and it will not pair to Bluetooth.

I bought this today for my Hero 10. The only thing that shows up connect devices is GoPro Quik-The Remote-and Vola. So it was a dead end and no way to connect. The you tube link on goWatch page is two years old. I wish I could get my 3 dollars back!!

Please update goWatch for the new Apple Watch. I bought goWatch and it didn’t transfer to my new Series 7 watch.

Zero information anywhere about to actually connect. Watch will not connect to GoPro.

Purchased app to try to control my GoPro 7 using my Apple Watch. Downloaded and followed all instructions per video and web. Does not recognize my GoPro. $3.00 wasted

I was able to get this to work on my iPhone 13 max but trying to get this to work with my Apple Watch 7 was next to impossible.

I bought goWatch for three bucks and now it doesn’t even show up on the watch. How was it available for purchase if it’s not on the watch?

I purchased goWatch from an iPhone13. this app doesn’t appear in the list of installable watch apps. I have a 4th generation watch. No errors or notifications. Credit card deduction works fine though.

Cannot get this to connect to Go Pro 11. It’ll find the the Go Pro but when I try to connect it just keeps loading and never works. Was hoping to really get this to work. Wish I can get my refund if it does not work.

goWatch installs easily onto the Apple Watch 8 but will not connect to the GoPro hero7… I followed the install video exactly as shown with no success. I read recently that Apple Watch no longer supports GoPro so not sure if this is the reason. Would like a refund if possible as this is a useless purchase.

Has a terrible time getting connected to my Hero 8. Usually takes three or four pairing requests to connect and then when it does it will work briefly and then within minutes lose connection. Then you have to open the pairing mode up again on the GoPro and start all over. I’m really disappointed. I thought this would be a good replacement for my GoPro wristband controller but alas it is not.

I should have read the reviews that warn you goWatch doesn’t work. How does Apple allow stuff like this?!? It’s 100% a money grab by the “developer” who’s just taking everyone’s money without providing an application that does anything. The only thing buying goWatch did was make me $3 poorer. What a scam!

Come on devs. you are really taking the p!55, include a live view with goWatch.

iWatch 6 and go pro 10 can work well together, except there is no real-time browsing function.

So just got my GoPro 11 and hooking up apps to my Apple Watch Series 6, remote app took 30 seconds to figure out without reaching out to google. Can’t wait for my white water rafter trip tomorrow to test out. Update after if needed.

I was looking for a way to be able to start my videos without having to touch the camera and it works brilliantly like it’s supposed to do.

you can switch modes of the camera
you can use a “find my” function if you lose your camera

Installation success in first try. I suspect the people who are complaining didn't watch the installation video first

Really solid alternative to GoPros “The Remote” which is $80. Well worth $3. Easy install. Works great. No issues. I think the lower negative reviews are those who are tech beyond illiterate. Super easy to figure out.

Apple Watch 7, GoPro 11 and iPhone 12. Followed the directions for pairing in the help guide on the devs website and everything connected without issue. Only request I have is maybe add a feature for live preview when needed. Other than that, app works and does what it supposed to do.

I ordered goWatch on my iPhone 12, then downloaded and started goWatch on watch. Paired to my gopro12 with no issues in just a minute or two. I did see an odd list of ??? During the pairing.

Once paired it seems to work well. It appears to use the settings from the previous recording which is fine. You can also switch modes and highlight along with power on and off.

Everything seems to work. But have not tried it in the field yet. So far satisfied.
