Cannot access account - the 'seagrass'page appears tom be greyed out and nothing works. Could I reset everything?

When I try to download a link someone has sent, up comes a blank white page. I don't understand. We have been using this for a... Show more couple of years now and quite happily. When I went to fill out the form with a question, I was told I was not authorized to use that page. There is also nowhere to be found a telephone number I can call to speak to an actual person. NOT good. What is happening to Wetransfer.com? A fine product like this all at once seems turned upside down. I hope you can fix this, otherwise we will have to go elsewhere. The confusion of advertising, promotion etc. graphics with the actual work elements is a real quagmire to wade through when your just trying to do a simple task. weTransfer would rise to excellence if it had a user-oriented work design, with a clear visual separation between the work process and the ad/promotions display.
