It’s great that we transfer has an app, I use the web based all the time on my phone . However when sending a file to multiple people I would have to enter the emails manually. Good thing the web based version save a history of the emails you send to so you will only have to enter a few letters . I believe adding a group to send to multiple emails would save me a lot of time , I normally send about 18-25 emails . So by adding group emailing I would just click on the group I wish to email and bam! Done ! We transfer please consider thank you

Can you please change your website’s ads? They’re really annoying because they block up the entire bottom half of the screen when I’m trying to do something important on a country name generator website. I am given your website’s ads all THE TIME! It’s really annoying that I have to stop what I’m doing and press the extremely tiny down button every single time to get back to what I am doing! Can you please make your website’s ads not cover up the entire bottom half of the screen? When you do, thank you.

Unable to open links sent to my email with the iOS app. When it opens, it opens in a web browser. You can then click open this link in app through the website but all it does is open WeTransfer Store despite it already being downloaded. You then click open and it just brings you to the home page but not to the files sent to you. Additionally, the developers don’t let you delete your account.

I just downloaded WeTransfer , and before I can even attempt to send any files, it keeps crashing while I’m uploading, then when WeTransfer reopens, the files that had previously uploaded (but had not been sent) before the crash are gone, too. When I begin to start the process again, the error reoccurs. Disappointing, as I do really like this app from my use of its website.

Please check you app—you need to work out some kinks! WeTransfer will let me log in, but when I went to verify my email, it claimed there was an error—but I still got an email saying my email was verified. WeTransfer will not let me log in without saying I need to verify, but no matter how many times I request a new email, reinstall WeTransfer , etc—WeTransfer will not work.

Won’t open app when clinking on a link from messages. Instead opens a web page asking you to open WeTransfer which then won’t let you login saying something is wrong. Requires a download to view a file. Complete waste of space for unknowing users needing to proof many versions. Overall very cumbersome experience.

It’s fast, easy, and very productive to use. Great for anybody to use including artists like me. Thank you a lot this app!

Could only load very few pictures at a tim. It would time out and then close out completely.

I got emailed the link with pictures, couldn’t open it on my phone through the webpage so I downloaded WeTransfer . I could view the pictures but they wouldn’t download to WeTransfer . Now they are gone. This whole app is a either a scam or poorly developed.

Great tool for the real estate business

Started with “something went wrong” when trying to send. Made it to 12%. Now files won’t even load. Then “report an issue” won’t send. Absolutely ridiculous

Finally a proper, simple send & receive app. Now bring it to iPad please.
And Dark Mode!!

WeTransfer is not simple at all I spend more time trying to figure out how to use it and actually using it

Extremely Hard to receive files and downloads

Website didn’t work either, had enough space. Tried for hours. Can’t get pics I paid for.

Insanely buggy. Has been driving me crazy. Can’t log in and when I do it wants me to verify an email I’ve verified 3 times. Refreshing WeTransfer does nothing.

It somehow always freezes and crashes.

Cool to use easy but i cant delete my recieved files.

Shows sent but was never received

That’s the error I get when trying to use WeTransfer after logging in. Goes nowhere from there. Useless.
