What a nightmare. Horrendous “support”. If you can call it that. While I was in Europe, my phone connection was glitchy. After being on the phone with them for a hour unable to help me, they instructed me to delete the cell phone data plan on my phone.
That made no sense to me, so I made sure to confirm with the support person that was safe to do. They said that it was and instructed me to continue. When I did, my phone immediately dropped the call.
In an instant, per their instruction, I ended up in a foreign country where I did not speak the language, had no phone service to call any one, no one could call me, no text, no email, no navigation system. I was left stranded to figure out how to find a SIM card with no navigation system in a country I where don’t speak the language. Completely screwed me.
Absolutely incompetent personal who don’t know what they’re doing.
