installed ATTRemoteSupport . my screen showed red and indicated broadcasting but tech support could not see my screen. tried 3 times. didn’t work for me.
App never opens.
What a nightmare. Horrendous “support”. If you can call it that. While I was in Europe, my phone connection was glitchy. After being on the phone with them for a hour unable to help me, they instructed me to delete the cell phone data plan on my phone.
That made no sense to me, so I made sure to confirm with the support person that was safe to do. They said that it was and instructed me to continue. When I did, my phone immediately dropped the call.
In an instant, per their instruction, I ended up in a foreign country where I did not speak the language, had no phone service to call any one, no one could call me, no text, no email, no navigation system. I was left stranded to figure out how to find a SIM card with no navigation system in a country I where don’t speak the language. Completely screwed me.
Absolutely incompetent personal who don’t know what they’re doing.

A complete joke - even the rep on the phone said this thing never works
Literally does nothing. It goes to a screen that says “AT&T Remote Support” and never leaves.
Every time I click on ATTRemoteSupport on my phone it never goes past the opening screen. It’s garbage just like their internet service.
I think they accessed my camera also!
Sick people that work for AT&T. Don’t let them access you phone

Rep was super helpful and resolved my problem. It probably could have been diagnosed without ATTRemoteSupport but app allowed it to be noticed right away.

ATTRemoteSupport and the support I got from AT&T was great! They fixed the issue I had with not being able to receive text messages containing codes that I needed to sign in to some of my accounts and reset passwords! Thanks AT&T
