Hi there, I’ve emailed you also about my problem, I’ve recieved over 1000 readings in the few years I’ve had your app however I think it’s been hacked it appears jammed on “system error try again” sign and I can’t even delete to reinstall it. There is also a flashing red dot on the inbox message sign. Hope you can help me. Regards, Lisa

I have been having an issue with not getting my clairvoyance or my coffee cup readings. I will press and it will say ready in a few minutes. Then it never comes it is just always processing and I never get my reading. It is so annoying because I love this app and pay a subscription but now im wasting my credits on readings I will never get.

How to fix Faladdin app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Faladdin app on iPhone
Update Faladdin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Faladdin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Faladdin on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Faladdin network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Faladdin Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Faladdin not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Faladdin App
1. On android, goto Settings » Faladdin » click [Force Stop]

Update Faladdin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Faladdin App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Faladdin » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Faladdin.

Fix Faladdin unable to contact server/ Faladdin internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Faladdin » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Faladdin » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Faladdin
