No dial tone on phone since late Tuesday evening. Have talked to Chris several times and no solution.. I need a field service technician to check and repair my phone and get the system working again. I am in the Aiken, SC area.

internet keep going in and out. Want to know what's causing it to do this. It's very annoying. Can you please fix it. Are y'all upgrading or something. Acct. # 8335400060621183 I am writing to you because what just happened to me is terrible and unacceptable! I just can’t get it slide. Look at my statement history. My account balance was negative (-2.42) from January through April 2022. Then, I asked for a replacement remote and was assured that it was free of charge. In May, I saw a charge of $13.63 on my account. When I called and asked about it, I was told that it was a remote charge minus $2.42 (credit). I explained that it was supposed to be free – I was assured of that. The rep I spoke to apologized and assured me that my account will be adjusted properly: there would be a credit for $13.63, and I would get a refund check for $2.42 (negative amount). However, not only didn’t I receive a refund check, but there was $10 added to my balance. The bill total in June was $23.63! I called again and found out that it was a late fee of $10 added because I didn’t pay my bill! Late fee? For something I wasn’t supposed to pay?! I explained that I was told not to pay – the remote was free (replacement for a bad one). You rep promised me again that it would be taken care off. And it was true this time. Well, partially true: I didn’t receive a refund check for $2.42, but the charge of $23.63 was removed from my account. As you can see, my July and August statements again show a negative amount of $-2.42. And then, I received a letter from you about unpaid amount! And how did it go back to that?! I’d like to know how it went from a negative balance to the old balance (the wrong one)? Moreover, I started getting calls from your machine, warning me that if I don’t pay $23.63 my service will be terminated! What?!!! This is ridiculous! I called again and was assured again that I didn’t have to worry, and nobody would terminate my service. Again, I believed it. I also sent a letter to your billing department and was hoping the issue would be finally resolved. I went out of town to visit my daughter for a few days. Can you imagine the shock I got when I returned and found out that my TV and Internet services were suspended?! In August, I had a negative amount of $-2.42 and in October, you took my services away – that’s unheard of!!! Unfortunately, I couldn’t reinstate my services until I paid the bill. I was forced to do so to get it back. So, I really believe that you owe me $23.63 back. (I live on monthly Social Security benefits, and it means a lot to me.) I’m not even saying you need to be reported to the Better Business Burau (you really should be). I hope you really adjust my account properly this time and the issue will be resolved once and for all. I don’t want to write a complaint to Consumer Affairs. I’m not a troublemaker, but I will make troubles if I have to. Thank you for your time and cooperation. Sincerely, Ludmila Bernadkin.

This app is horrendous

This is the first review I have ever written in my entire life and it is solely due to pure frustration. This could be the worst app of all time. I can’t login to the app to monitor my bill and apparently this is the only way to do that. I expected the switch from “Atlantic broadband” to “Breezeline” to come with some refreshments and improvements but I realize it’s just the same horrible company, with a new name. I hate this company and hate that where I live it is the only option I have. This app has solidified the way I feel about this company. Thank you Breezeline for doing absolutely nothing for me(your customer) and getting away with robbery at this point. I hate you and strongly recommend to anyone, if you have any other options of service, go with them. Don’t use this company.

Nothing works

Nothing Breezeline does lately works. This app says I have internet. No I don’t. This app says there aren’t any outages in my area. Yes there is. There has been off and on for three days. Cable and internet come and go every few hours. Wait time on the phone is over an hour. Wait time on chat is 15 but they never did answer. Also, there’s no way to report an outage. Atlantic Broadband was awful but BL I’d quickly moving ahead of them on the terrible service race.

Unable to log in no matter what I do

I’ve reset my password multiple times, I’ve done the robot certification multiple times, and no matter what I do it refuses to log me in regardless of the information being correct. This app is absolutely awful. I can’t even login to check the status of my account. Someone needs to fix this app asap because if I can’t login how am I supposed to pay the bill? Amazing how in 2022 apps can still be this bad.
