The app hasn’t been working since Friday. The library screen is blank, tells me to go to discovery to find books. Go to discovery and screen is blank (in a frozen state) with none of the books I’ve recently read. How can I fix this? I’ve deleted passion app and tried to reinstall. Reinstallment comes up with screen in frozen state. I’m in the middle of reading numerous stories which I enjoy. As an avid reader these stories have all the characteristics I look for, fascinating characters, intriguing and captivate me. Is this a short-term technical problem? Can you provide a work-around so I can continue to read the books I’ve selected? Nga mihi, Desiree (New Zealand)

My app has no novels in the library anymore and the coins I had are gone no novels will open in the discover section. Can't search for the novels either have lost all my progress.
