How to fix Hungryroot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hungryroot app on iPhone
Update Hungryroot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hungryroot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hungryroot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hungryroot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hungryroot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hungryroot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hungryroot App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hungryroot » click [Force Stop]

Update Hungryroot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hungryroot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hungryroot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hungryroot.

Fix Hungryroot unable to contact server/ Hungryroot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hungryroot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hungryroot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hungryroot
