- Occasionaly loses my horse and me when riding

- Unable to save videos to photo

- App crashes when trying to save videos longer than two minutes

- Pivo support group is unhelpful and blames phone issues

Pivo + will not pair with my PIvo. Error says that Pivo is not discoverable. Regular Pivo works fine. Yes the Pivo is on and ready to pair.

My pivo+ has been working well for the most part, recording my horseback riding. I hadn't used it for a couple of months and a few moments after it connected I decided to try the dog mode on the PivoS, then the app froze and said "Pivo keeps stopping" and gave me a choice of what to do. After restarting the app several times with the same result I thought it might have been the dog mode triggering the crash and I managed to change from dog mode to people mode (by being faster than the crashing app) but when the "Pivo keeps stopping" crash screen appeared my phone froze completely. Couldn't turn it off, no touch screen, no forced restart, nothing. Finally, I left it alone for 5 minutes to write this very ticket, and the phone restarted. Not happy as I was trying to use it for a dog competition tomorrow. I tried Pivo Play, works fine, alas no dog mode. Tried Pivo+ again, same crash but without the catastrophic failure. Phone is Samsung Galaxy 8S running Android 9
