I’ve had my pivo for a while now and I used the old pivo app and it was ok but occasionally lost my horse and me when riding. But this new app has been nothing but problems after problems. It tracks my horses and me amazingly but forget saving videos to your photo or having the app not crash on you. I have all my stuff how the app says it needs to be and it’ll record me but as soon as I stop recording it says not enough space (even though there is plenty of space) and just deletes my video. And forget getting help from pivo themselves. All they want to tell me is it’s my phones issue and it couldn’t be their app.

I bought the pivo in order to capture rides on my horse, it does a great job keeping up however the app is severely lacking. Numerous times I’ve attempted to save and lost whole videos, despite having ample space on my phone and all permissions on as they continue to ask in their support group. When it works, it’s great, but good luck saving videos longer than two minutes before the app completely crashes.

Can we please get the old app back? This Pivo plus is terrible, it doesn’t save videos, or cuts them off half way through videoing, it follows my horse, but no matter what I try it cuts my head off while doing video of me riding. This app is really bad?
