I cannot load my tickets or purchases I mad on the website. I guess they made me create an account so they can spam me with email since it serves no other purpose. Useless.

I’ve been using iPhones for 15 years or so… this has gotta be the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve never come across an app that just redirects you to a website for everything, instead of being native in the application. Useless app. Can’t even order food from it either. 0/10 experience.

App is trash. Can’t link passes to apple wallet like in the past. pointless.

Literally nothing worked. Just wasted battery while serving no purpose….

I was at the the this app at Orlando and there was a spider in my bacon jam burger and the employees were tryna be funny and making the timer go off for nothing and kept laughing when no waves came at the wave pool

So I noticed that when I use Aquatica on my phone prices aren’t the same .As When I login through my email I noticed prices are totally different. 🧐

Ride times are a lie and don’t show up half the time as well as it being a hard to navigate app. If your going to the park then you kind of have to get Aquatica but I wish they'd make it better

Aquatica needs a lot of work. First off, why can’t you link your pass to it? Any time I want to see my perks or offers, it takes me to the browser where I have to enter my pass information. It’s a pain. Yeah having access to the show times and map is great for when you are in the park, but not having your pass info is ridiculous.

I think it's really dumb that I can't find the hours for the parking Aquatica

App is trash. You have to jump from Aquatica to the website in order to look at special offers. Could be way more organized and easier to use.

I love this park it’s so much fun and Aquatica is prefect for when ur lost and how to get ur way around and the wait times 10/10 recommend

It would be great if people could take their confirmation or email ticket code and put it in Aquatica . This should be done for all your park apps. Simple, easy and was over looked in Aquatica design. This would allow parties to go exploring and experience multiple things by choice. Very effective for teens doing rides while older parents chill. Not everyone wants to do the same stuff or eat same places, hence meal codes so everyone gets food and drinks at the same time but different places.
Or you could hire this retired 28 year military veteran to stream line the park experience for both visitors and employees making management the most effective efficient park in Florida.

You’re hiring the wrong people to construct operational protocols.
Reference: moving over $50 million in equipment and 100 soldiers in a war zone resulting in zero injuries or loss of equipment on 5 separate deployments. Proof, majority of military leaders easily out class most civilians in logistical issues.
