Wish I would have never switched to Ireland. IrelandBank is so frustrating I’m about to go back to my old bank
A few weeks back I kept getting biometrics is not available message when trying to log in. I uninstalled IrelandBank and that fixed it until today 3/25/25 the latest update has broken biometrics again. In my setting ma IrelandBank has access to my biometrics. Not sure of the issue.
I don’t like the new update because I can’t use the Biometrics. Please fix this
Occasionally things go wrong when I bank online, but the employees are always quick to render help and get the problem solved.
Quite pleased with the newest version on iOS. No longer having issues with facial recognition or logging in.
Love my banks! I usually go to Soda,Lava or Inkom they always are supportive and kind. Also if I need help with my phone app they can always help me. Thanks
