It’s fine most of the time when using a single trip ticket, but I noticed that on day pass, around the fourth or fifth ride it just straight up wouldn’t work. Even if I get it to scan it would say “invalid ticket”. So, on basically any destination that takes three transfers it’s worthless. I thought the draw of the e-ticket was to save money on the $5 paper ticket, but I guess they didn’t really agree on that. I guess I have to keep killing trees on papers.

I’m happy with the app except for a major, app-ruining issue: The tickets always glitch out and give an “invalid ticket” message when boarding. I’ve bought 3 tickets in the app now and all three didn’t work. Since being able to pay for the bus is the most important part of this app, one star until the glitch is fixed.

I have had this app for three years and the tickets are always buggy whenever I’m tried to use them but now I can’t even login as whenever I try to login a message appears that says error and it would tell me to check my email for a verification link but a email will never appear. This is heavily problematic for a college student like me, who is dependent on the bus to take me to and from college.
