I have to upload within 3 mins or less of using app. today. I can't use the app camera for try-ons. When I click on a pair for details, it will crash when I attempt to return to merchandise page to continue looking through inventory. I am a new user to Vooglam, so I am hoping this is rare. I don't dare to attempt an order without assurance that I wont have to redo input multiple times ( RX info, purchase info, etc) for multiple pairs already selected.

How to fix Vooglam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vooglam app on iPhone
Update Vooglam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vooglam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vooglam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vooglam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Vooglam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Vooglam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vooglam App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vooglam » click [Force Stop]

Update Vooglam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vooglam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vooglam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vooglam.

Fix Vooglam unable to contact server/ Vooglam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vooglam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vooglam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vooglam
