I received my glasses, prescription was wrong!! Was ordered byfocals with line; by what I ended up with was readers,called to speak to customer service and I asked for a superviser because I was not satisfied with the agent! was told that the superviser was on the phone and would call me back in about an hour,I told the agent that I would hold for superver!! been on hold for going on an hour; getting tired of the run around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
