It’s was pretty nice in the beginning. Now image is blurry even in HD (new and older cameras), super delayed, can’t swipe to next video while in full screen, gives too much control to and account it is shared with, and can’t reject access to an account that it is shared with when access is no longer needed. I had a shared account spy on me for 15 minutes listening to a conversation they had no business listening too and it doesn’t record when someone is watching live. You can select to record while live but if a nosey shared account is watching and they don’t record then it is just a large gap of missed data and proof if it was needed in a dangerous situation. Had I known this I would have never shared cameras to my home and just watch my own house when I’m away. This is a major security issue. Their main concern for security the main account being logged in on different devises, which is a ridiculous annoyance constantly being logged out from phone to tablet like passwords don’t exist. The whole reason for passwords. Figure out how to let us kick people off like Ring does! That’s common sense! And for goodness sake fix the landscape swiping. I’ve contacted their garbage support so many times about this.

Cameras are good for the most part but I get notifications over and over of the same movement. I’ve communicated with the developers before and have done everything they said to do to try and stop the problem but nothing has fixed it. It’ll either send me the notification an hour later or I’ll get 2 notifications back to back for the same thing and it’s getting very annoying. I haven’t had these 3 cameras a year yet and I’ve had so many problems with them or DzeesHome itself. I’m signed into my account in 2 iPhones and they both get the same notifications at the same time but an hour or so later or get 2-3 notifications of the same thing. About to start shopping for a different brand of camera. Or and not to mention this company/app wants basically full access to EVERYTHING on your phone which is honestly terrible and that’s another reason I’m looking for a different companies services.

DzeesHome is half a camera function and monitoring app and half spyware. They collect your browsing history and other information and share it and sell it. Such companies are spineless. Many companied day that it is to provide advertising that is relative to you, well, I don’t want their junk ads. I NEVER click on ads. Simply because I don’t support shameless companies who do not respect people’s privacy. Specially of those who pay for their service. It makes it a lot more lousy that people pay them for a subscription and they still sale and share their personal information. How lousy is that. Please people, use a VPN and a browser that has private browsing, ads blocking, fingerprinting blocker, and so on. They got their spying down to an art, but their app is lousy in functions. I needed to create two accounts to install DzeesHome in my phone and iPad. DzeesHome video playback is really bad. Good luck rewinding the video to lock at it again. It goes to the beginning of the video and then fast forwards really fast. WTH! No iPad app.

Cameras are good and have had them for years but the last year or so the speed at which it notifies my phone of movement is unacceptable.. the person can be at my door knock and in their car gone before I get a notification.. I have a cheap Mubview camera that notifies me almost instantly of movement.. not sure why these stopped. I’ve reached out to customer service and keep getting the same pre written response back that is not helping.

I used this for 2 months and it worked great until the latest firmware update, which erased both cams from DzeesHome . Had to reset and reinstall both cams. Using DzeesHome , I configured all the cameras' settings to the way they were before and found that both cams were malfunctioning. Using white light as an alarm when motion was detected, even though I had them both set to only use infrared at night (so as not to disorient wildlife). I paid for a year subscription to DzeesHome so I could configure motion detection zones but those settings never worked on either cam. (Both detected motion outside of the zones I carefully outlined). After the update, the motion detection was off the charts high, too, giving me notifications every time a tiny leaf moved in the wind. Dzeez tech support couldn't fix the issue so they refunded me and I placed both cameras in the garbage can.

We have 2 cameras and both started off great, but all of a sudden one of them over our driveway started recording over 80 videos overnight with nothing there…..battery life dropped so fast. We adjusted all kinds of settings and even moved the camera to a different spot on the house but it’s still happening. We emailed the company and they said they were looking into it a few times but haven’t resolved the problem. Both of the cameras work fine during the day though. We have people come through the neighborhood at night checking for unlocked car doors so now we had to set up our old Arlo we luckily kept for over our driveway to protect our car since Dzees can’t handle it.

Darn close to 5 stars. I have 7 of the Dzees cameras, great video and picture clarity and they connect quickly to my iphone and iPad. I like DzeesHome . It works well. The cameras are rock solid on our cabin T-Mobile internet hub. They also work hundreds of feet into woods and near a river for instant viewing but sometimes they shoot video randomly in lots of wind even on the lowest sensitivity. I wish the iPad supported a large image. It’s iphone size on the iPad. Also the only way to keep it logged on to your iPad and Iphone is to make to separate accounts and share the cameras between the two. A bit of a pain but the workaround works. All in all these are the best cameras I have purchased to date. Just pleassssse make an iPad app. It would easily support the high quality images nicely.

The physical camera design is good. So is the function and AI. The problem lies in the cloud service it will not function without. Paid extras or not. My problem is that whenever the cloud server goes down: you can not reset, set up, or effectively turn on the camera you paid decent money for.

Worked great before update of iOS 16. Now when going full screen on live view it enlarges the view so much it only shows 1/4 of the view. Also on play back full screen does not work, only goes to landscape but still only shows small view. The picture/video is very nice from the cameras, night vision is crisp. Hope there is a fix soon….

DzeesHome is user friendly and contains a lot of features that are lacking with Arlo. I’m gradually replacing my Arlo cameras with Dzees cameras. So far, I haven’t had any issues with connectivity or loss of signal. These cameras are located in the exact same locations as the Arlos they replaced, but signal strength is much stronger. No complaints whatsoever!

With each update to DzeesHome it becomes even easier to navigate. It’s very simple to add new devices and the image and resolution quality it superior to competitive apps. I will continue to buy this brand and highly recommend to others.

I replaced some older but better known branded cameras with these and I am so very impressed. These far exceed in image quality and they just introduced a camera sleep schedule so that I can turn the cameras off during the day and then turn them on through the night. Very happy!

Downloaded the Dzees home app for my Dzees camera. Works great and I have shown it to friends who might be interested. Beautiful clear pictures, even at night. Thanks Dzees!
Just recently added another camera for the back of the house. A different model, but works just as well as the first one.

This system is really easy to use and very user friendly only took me maybe a total of 10 minutes to set it up and install DzeesHome and system to the outside of the house love the fact it is magnified so I can move the one camera around the house to different mounts if I needed to

Was hesitant at first, but images/videos are great and user friendly in app… easy install… support responds with good info… we now have 5 total.. surprisingly good battery life… must have a good WiFi connection on our models so around the house seems no issue and have 2 cams at our business…

I’ve used several different camera apps, and this is by far my favorite. I love the ability to watch all cameras on the same screen at the same time. The quality is superb and we’ve really enjoyed watching the various wildlife that come out when we are not around. DzeesHome is extremely user friendly!

DzeesHome is simple and easy to use. It’s not overly complicated and therefore caters to a large group of people who will be using it. I love being able to see the battery life, the AI portion that shows me if the motion detection is human, a car, package etc. the updates to DzeesHome happen frequently so the developer is making changes for the better all the time. I really am enjoying my security system so far.

I have downloded DzeesHome for DZees camera I bought recently. Setting up DzeesHome is very simple and had no issue in connecting DZees camera and set it up using in-build mobile instructions.
Now, I am using this camera app for mobile security alerts, checkng live videos and recorded clips with no issue. I strongly believe u will not regret after using it! Highly recommended!

I have been using Dzees and ZUMIMALL Cameras for several years now and this Dzees App is far superior to the ZUMIMALL App. I have 6 cameras running with DzeesHome and it makes it very easy to manage/view each camera. Without a solid App even a great camera won’t perform as well. The only two issues I have is DzeesHome is not designed to view well on an iPad…. It’s more for a smaller screen like iPhone. DzeesHome sometimes doesn’t notify of a camera event very quickly. Overall great app and service from Kaia at Dzees….

Love the swivel ability of the cameras. Used to have blink cameras and had 10 cameras to get almost full coverage of house and yard. Now I only have three of these and get better coverage. Will eventually purchase 1 more if needed. Great cams so far. Battery seems great.
