Can I connect using IP? Not via swan? Same as inside gold? So much push to use swan. Definitely will not use this app in future. Such a terrible supporting apps. To developers: I use “feature “ import from inside Gold …. Can’t connect Why not add simple field. IP/ host name and Port? This could be done so easy, but instead, you are developing wheel. NO MORE this app !!!!
Any update? Can you fix it? So I can connect using IP? Or DNS? I used option to migrate from gold. And can’t connect!!!! Guys, if you can’t doing, say it. Someone will do it. this app was a good company, but in last century.
Had to upgrade my alarm system recently. this app advised that I needed to replace the main board. Turned out to be the same board. Then I had to get Paradox to control it. Now it requires a subscription. Timed out awaiting bank verification twice. Do not get this app
Since yesterdays update, cannot connect to panel. Was working fine until you morons made an update. If I don’t get this working, I’m dumping this app for good.
Since latest update, local IP connections have stopped working. It seems now one must be connected to Swan server even if only working locally.
App crashes when pressing the menu button on both iOS and android
Periodically I am unable to connect it hangs then I get the message connection unstable renew connection this may take 15 minutes? I proceed and no difference even if leave Paradox and renter. Try multiple times to no avail. Giving two stars because when it works it works well but otherwise would give one.
