I ordered two pairs of shoes that off Ouro I checked and waited for the first shoe until I found out that it had been 14 days and my shoes haven't been shipped I sent a email and all I got back was tracking information. Then a couple days later I found out I was refunded and I got no shoes then I thought ok maybe it's just bad luck and If I order again I'll get my shoes then I ordered a pair of green Jordan 1 lows and it has been 16 days I have got no updates the shoes haven't been shipped and I probably will just get a refund again so to conclude Ouro it is a place where you can't get any shoes and you just waste your time looking for no reason. I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy used shoes don't use this medocre TikTok sham of a business and buy off of eBay or Grailed.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 3 unite and it has been around 11 days or more day and it still says “waiting for seller shipment “ and I cant find a way to return the shoes and I even tried to mail them but they still haven’t responded to my message.

I ordered these shoes about 4-5 days ago and the status hasn’t changed from “awaiting from seller pickup” to “in transit” or “delivered”. I’m not sure if it’s a problem on their end. If the status hasn’t changed, I will ask for cancellation of the order and a full refund. eBay is much better as everything is guaranteed to be authentic and the prices are much cheaper. Should have used eBay instead.

There are some great deals on this app. And it’s a win when you get them. However, I have bought a pair and bid on a pair and in both cases had the seller never come through and actually send the shoes to this app. this app got my money right away though. I waited for up to a month for this app to contact the seller before finally writing to customer service. There was no attempt by this app to contact me ever. I don’t know if they ever attempted to contact the seller about why they weren’t sending the shoes. this app only responded that they cancelled the sale and that I’ll get my refund back in 5-10 days but only after I wrote them to ask where my shoes were. One time could have been a fluke but two times seems like a problem this app needs to fix. I recommend not buying. I recommend bidding even if only a dollar less just to see if the seller responds to save yourself the hassle of having your money tied up. And even if the seller does respond, keep an eye on your purchase, because they may never send the shoes and this app won’t be contacting you about it.

Stay clear of Ouro recently sold two pairs of shoes on Ouro the shoes were received and authenticated by Ouro . My money is in. A balance on Ouro when I try to cash out it says failed on the second day I’ve tried 2x and still nothing. So I am out of two shoes and my money. Wouldn’t not recommend.

I sold multiple items in my account and had money on the account, I also sent items out that I haven’t got back yet, so now I can’t access my money or my shoes, Ouro is a total scam. Do not get!!!

I wouldn’t even give Ouro 1 star. Ouro is ok to buy shoes but there’s been many instances we’re they send you reps or really bad condition shoes not shown in the pictures. But selling is the worst, I’ve had many problems when selling both my shoes, they claimed that the laces on my Jordan 11s weren’t original when I NEVER EVER changed them and that they had to wait for the buyer to approve, which took FOREVER, almost a month till the buyer approved. And same thing with the current shoe I’m selling now, apparently the shoe was the wrong size and it’s been over a month without the buyer approving which is horrendous. If you want to sell or buy something stay far away from Ouro, use eBay where they actually authenticate the shoes and has much better costumer/seller support.

After trying to sell a pair of shoes and having a sale in progress my sale was canceled because i didn't list my address. After listing my address my account was blocked and was not able to sell my shoes. Wish this app would be more transparent on why i couldnt sell my shoes.

Ouro is a good idea but I ordered some shoes Jordan 5 moonlight and it was cancelled and I never received a refund of my 211 and every time I try to contact them it never works

Great app, but it recently there have been people posting the wrong shoes under different shoes in order to attempt to sell to a lack of newer shoe options for selling... The devs need to add newer shoes, and shoes rather than Jordan's and dunks for selling.

I would give Ouro 5 stars it’s rlly good it’s just the only down side is they only ship to US but if ur in the US I definitely recommend Ouro.

Everything Is Awesome on Ouro except for one thing if you have a big shoe size like 14 the variety is ok and is really hard to find your size but if you like a 10 1/2 Ouro is perfect for you!!!

I love Ouro ! For being a newer app to buy sneakers, used I may add. We needed this. A strict marketplace for people who buy used because Brand new isn’t doable. App is easy to use and very user friendly! Plenty of listings so far, but we need more people on Ouro ! Lets get it!!
