This app is terribly designed — it seems like it was just an iOS app ported directly over to MacOS without any thought of functionality or user interface.
I tried to log in from the App, and it wouldn't open the login page on Chrome. I had to switch my MacOS default browser setting to Safari for it to log me in correctly.
Even once I got past that hurdle, I tried starting a project and discovered that to add photos directly from the iCloud Photos library, you click a button that says "Add from my phone" — even though it's an app running on MacOS.
And then I found that the app window actually does not resize beyond about 1/8 of my screen.
After 30-45 minutes on chat with tech support (half of which was spent waiting for incredibly slow reply times) only to find out that they don't actually have a MacOS native app. The app on the MacOS store is actually just the iOS mobile app.
I made a request that they pull the MacOS app from the App Store until they can come up with an actual Mac native desktop app. I'm not holding my breath that they'll honor that request.

I placed an order for a Father’s Day book on June 4th solely because your app stated that it would arrive on Thursday June 13th. Now I’m seeing that it’s not due to arrive until June 17th. This is a huge disappointment and unacceptable-I would not have placed an order with your company had I known my item would not arrive on time for the holiday! I paid close attention to the delivery date specifically because it was very important to receive this as a gift. Now it’s ruined. Tried using the “chat” feature built into the app and nobody is even running it-no answer! Do not place an order with this company! No honesty, reliability or customer service. Waste of my money and I’m so upset that I now have to figure out another gift idea.

I ordered a book for a friend’s birthday. Worked on it for 20 hours gathering dozens of photos and personal messages from friends for this special gift. Ordered the heavy $$ paper etc. etc. The book arrived and had the WORST CHEMICAL SMELL. Awful and certainly something you would never give to a friend. I contacted customer service and they agreed to reprint and promised the smell would be gone on the 2nd printing and it would arrive on time for the birthday party. It never arrived. Gift completely blown. Customer service couldn’t say when it would arrive as they hadn’t even printed it by the deadline. So very very disappointed. Poor product and poor customer service.
Will never use them again.
