Horrible app can’t pay rent on AppRentPayments. I’ve tried multiple times and wait several days each attempt to rent to be paid but never is. And 95% of the time I just get a blank white screen no matter what device I use. Horrible app.

My main problem with this new version of AppRent is they have removed the documents and monthly statements on AppRentPayments and online. I will pay what is due and usually round it up where it is showing I overpaid and when I look at it later there is an amount due. With the payment due today and instead of charging a percentage late fee it's a flat $150

I haven’t even lived at the residence I’m at for a year yet and the amount of times I’ve had to contact support over this shotty app is ridiculous. It locks me out and says it doesn’t recognize any of my emails and on top of that, support doesn’t even get back really at all until way later. AppRentPayments nor the residence is worth all this.

AppRentPayments is terrible! I can never pay my rent on this using my banking account. Never had a problem when I used my actual card and they took and extra 3% to use it. Also, The features never work. I will have to wait until the next day to try to put in a work order because it NEVER WORKS!

I can’t view my documents, I can’t view my monthly statement, I can’t view payment history, and it’s the 3rd of the month and I’ve been trying to login for the last cpl of hours on two diff. devices to pay the rent and the payment option brings nothing but a blank screen. Absolutely useless app.

Customer service doesn’t exist at this place. Horrible. Noah Davis is good for nothing! Been reaching out to register account and NO RESPONSE! I don’t understand why my leasing office has to use this crappy app

Love AppRentPayments! It’s so convenient. I’m able to make my rental payment online easily and submit maintenance requests from home. Makes my life much easier since I’m at work during office hours.

10/10 recommend. Awesome for property management and residents!
