How to fix Motif app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Motif app on iPhone
Update Motif app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Motif iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Motif on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Motif network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Motif Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Motif not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Motif App
1. On android, goto Settings » Motif » click [Force Stop]

Update Motif to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Motif App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Motif » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Motif.

Fix Motif unable to contact server/ Motif internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Motif » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Motif » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
