How to fix Starynovel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Starynovel app on iPhone
Update Starynovel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Starynovel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Starynovel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Starynovel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Starynovel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Starynovel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Starynovel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Starynovel » click [Force Stop]

Update Starynovel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Starynovel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Starynovel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Starynovel.

Fix Starynovel unable to contact server/ Starynovel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Starynovel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Starynovel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Starynovel
