Can't download the app on my phone I had it before it asked for an update and now it won't download on my phone again now it says not compatible

Says not offers in many states..I checked with your customer service and they say Washington state is a state you offer your card to...is it yes or no..your app won't let us apply

How to fix OppFi Card app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OppFi Card app on iPhone
Update OppFi Card app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OppFi Card iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OppFi Card on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OppFi Card network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OppFi Card Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OppFi Card not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OppFi Card App
1. On android, goto Settings » OppFi Card » click [Force Stop]

Update OppFi Card to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OppFi Card App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OppFi Card » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OppFi Card.

Fix OppFi Card unable to contact server/ OppFi Card internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OppFi Card » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OppFi Card » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OppFi Card
