Currently not able to go through the steps of the pre check-in process. I am trying to upload a picture of my passport under the “guest information” section of pre check-in, and it will not open up my camera or my camera roll so I can upload the passport picture. I am trying to book dinner reservations through PAMHotels and it does not look like I will be able to do so until PAMHotels lets me upload the rightful information

Downloaded PAMHotels ahead of my upcoming trip and was told I could book and manage my stay via PAMHotels . I cannot even log in for the past 3 days (have never been able to log in) to view my trip even though the info is correct. I can see my info but can’t go further to customize anything. I am unable to access anything in PAMHotels and just keep getting error messages. Too many bugs in PAMHotels to count.

The whole purpose of PAMHotels is advertisement. Unless you create an account which you can then make restaurant reservations, ask for housekeeping, help, etc..

So I downloaded PAMHotels and when you click on the create an account link - it takes you to LOGIN. You can’t login until you have an account. So RCD Webmaster - please fix this link so we can create an account!

Using iPhone 14 all uptodate !!!

The calendar used to locate your reservation only allows today + future. I checked in yesterday, so cannot locate my reservation (it says invalid date if I enter today). You cannot manually type a date (at least on iPhone app), so you cannot locate your reservation and then can’t use PAMHotels . This feels like a bug.

PAMHotels serves no purpose. It does not work and does not display any information. I created an account and logged in and I can’t even get the list of hotels to display after 5 minutes of buffering. I tried to select the Restaurant & Bars, and you get kicked out of PAMHotels when you select it. Don’t waste your time down loading this.

I logged in to my account that I had formerly made with the original Unico app. I went to put my trip in but it kept asking for all of this information from me and not in full English, which is fine, but not when I’m giving out my information like that. It kept glitching and I ended up logging out. I am so confused by PAMHotels.

I keep getting error messages. Specifically when I enter my confirmation number into the restaurant booking form and hit enter, I get the error that the field cannot be blank. I’m not sure how to get around this error or how to submit a bug request or support ticket.

The old app for the resort was easy to use and invaluable when setting up our room and making dinner reservations. After trying multiple times…this thing is absolutely worthless.

Trying to update my information for an upcoming stay after being pushed out of the old app and it simply does not work.

Information on PAMHotels is not always correct on timing and hours or events and restaurants

I downloaded PAMHotels in preparation for my upcoming trip to Riviera Maya. I can’t login even though I have the correct login info. “Invalid credentials”. Frustrating.

I see a complete new features in PAMHotels which is guest in house pre arrival which reduce the check in time
