Pre Check-In

Currently not able to go through the steps of the pre check-in process. I am trying to upload a picture of my passport under the “guest information” section of pre check-in, and it will not open up my camera or my camera roll so I can upload the passport picture. I am trying to book dinner reservations through the app and it does not look like I will be able to do so until the app lets me upload the rightful information

Downloaded the app ahead of my upcoming trip and was told I could book and manage my stay via the app. I cannot even log in for the past 3 days (have never been able to log in) to view my trip even though the info is correct. I can see my info but can’t go further to customize anything. I am unable to access anything in the app and just keep getting error messages. Too many bugs in the app to count.
Website will not let you create an account!!!

The whole purpose of the app is advertisement. Unless you create an account which you can then make restaurant reservations, ask for housekeeping, help, etc..
So I downloaded the app and when you click on the create an account link - it takes you to LOGIN. You can’t login until you have an account. So RCD Webmaster - please fix this link so we can create an account!
