As an avid Chuck E. Fan, I had been previously been enrolled in More Cheese Rewards. This new program is much better as you earn rewards more frequently the more you visit. You get 1 point for every dollar spent before taxes. Reward are 50, 100, and 200 points each. The rewards are e-Tickets (for prizes), All You Can Play (AYCP) time, or menu items (Unicorn Churros and Pizzas). If you visit CEC a lot, it's a no brainer to download and sign up! If you only visit once in a blue moon, ChuckECheese may help you visit more frequently!!!

It should be noted that Chuck E. Cheese's has been through a lot lately such as the bankruptcy and is trying to bounce back. I give them full kudos for coming back stronger than before. If you're a kid at heart, a family, parent, grandparent, kid, etc. you can have fun at Chuck E.'s Place!!!

For reference- AYCP is the best gaming value in the arcade industry and unlike Dave & Buster's CEC includes ALL games in their AYCP time. The games are a lot of the same as well... games are typically the same as D&B just with tickets adjusted so if you're a kid or a college student, adult or a teenager you're bound to have fun!!!

Fun has no age limit- so go enjoy the fun at your local CEC and download ChuckECheese !!! It's fun for all!

I’m very disappointed I bought 2 gold summer passes so we have ALOT of accumulated tickets for prizes and was set to have 2 upcoming birthday parties here as well (may not at this point) Ive been told numerous times by different employees and even management that they are not allowed to give my child the prize which they have wanted so badly for so long off of the wall. They are not allowed to have empty spaces or so they say but they have given the large prizes away and left empty spots many times as I come here every week with our passes I even asked to have them ordered and possibly let know when in stock they did say yes to ordering but that they would not let me know when the are In so likely I won’t be here when and if they ever get them in. I come in again today and the toy my child wanted so badly last week that I was told no to by manager is now gone and a large empty space where it was! That’s not fair, I can cause a stink too but I chose not to, I guess the squeaky wheel got the grease.!!

Submitted a review because they offered 500 etickets if you signed up for app only specific locations. I didn’t get the e-tickets when I signed up, so I left bad review, but it turns out you have to do your first purchase and scan the receipt and it gives you the tickets after you sign out and sign in again you should have the tickets available, but none of that it’s explained so it’s a little confusing but anyway I wanted to correct the review and say it’s just Poot explanation but the etickets were indeed given to us. So overall I guess the idea of ChuckECheese it’s pretty good, I’m sure they will keep Improving.

My family purchased the Gold Summer Pass last week in a local Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. Went to the same location today to get our free 120 weekly minutes and was told that we needed to download ChuckECheese to access our benefits even though I had the physical receipt in my hand. Nobody ever said anything at time of purchase about needing ChuckECheese , but was told today that the restaurant’s “system” resets every week, so benefits no longer show up in their system. After over an hour spent waiting in the restaurant for the benefits to “load” onto my app, still no benefits. Restaurant did not want to honor what they sold in person although they eventually did after I pitched a fit. And if they don’t give you everything you need in person (ie the 60 minute card for a friend to play), you can forget about it because it won’t show up on ChuckECheese and the location’s not going to honor it because it’s between you and “ChuckECheese .” My advice is to “pass” on the Summer Pass!

Chuck E Cheese is fine. It’s loud, the food is pretty bad, but kids love it and I love my kids, so here we are.
I decided to download ChuckECheese to see if there were any coupons I could use for our family trip tomorrow. I thought I’d also check the cost of booking a party there.
One I’d created an account it threw me into the “home” screen, which is just a spot to scan for points (???) It doesn’t say what the points are for or what they do and it doesn’t welcome you or give up any other info on how ChuckECheese works.

At the bottom of the screen there were some icons to get to other places in ChuckECheese . Great! I had to do some digging, but found 2 coupons (WHY is their frozen garbage pizza the same price as actual good pizza?!) and went to look at Birthday info.
Not entirely sure what happened, but I chose to look at an icon labeled “gifts” and now I’m frozen on a picture of the million-dollar-merch that my kid always wants at the ticket counter; even though he never has enough for anything more than a slap bracelet and a tootsie roll.
Seriously, I should just buy both the pizzas and the treats at the dollar store and save my money- but again, I love my kids and they adore the grey rat-turned-mouse.
ChuckECheese is now stuck and I can’t find the coupons and tomorrow’s trip is looming large.
Please fix the blasted app.

We had a wonderful time taking our grandson after daycare to Chucke Cheese as a surprise we had a wonderful time. Played for an hour had great pizza and we was so excited
They have a great salad bar for keto people and staff was friendly. It was not crowded and able to move around and play everything he wanted to

Let’s starts by saying my family loves Chuck E. Cheese. We have for years. But a few things have changed.

Check e cheese used to. One out and walk around the store and dance with the kids then throw tickets up in the air for them to grab. Now thAt it’s went all digital no more Chuck E. Cheese in person and no more ticket grabs after dancing with him.

But we do enjoy the unlimited play pass cards. (No more spilled coins being picked up bt others).

Used to if a game broke and didn’t give you your tickets and ply would come and give you a few while the worked on the machine…now it’s to bad so sad. Sorry I wasted some play time on a faulty game.

I will say the staff is always friendly. And the restaurant around where we are located always seem very well cleaned.

I am disappointed in ChuckECheese . I was expecting to be able to find coupons already loaded on ChuckECheese . Nope. I have to earn them I guess through points. Or maybe even put some small games on so our kids can earn some free tickets or like 5 mins extra playtime with purchase. That would be awesome

My toddlers enjoy it however there are so many missed opportunities. The cleaning needs improvement, the napkin holder had all kind of build up on top of it. The seats were sticky and the fountain drink drain had pennies in it. My daughter lost a lot of points due to games not working properly. When I reported this to staff member she said she would have someone look into...15 mins later my daughter is at the same game again and it’s stuck just like it was before. Please do better! I really like the affordable fun your establishment offers and the pizza(the rest of the food was edible but not good.) I hate to say it but we usually visit as a last resort due to this common reoccurring issues every visit.

Best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time! Treated us like VIPs, describing how our visit would go as we ordered food and playtime so we can pause out time while we eat! Awesome experience and we will definitely be back soon and are considering booking a bday party!

The birthday party started at 5:30 pm, and they didn't bring the children anything to drink, and we did not receive food until 6 o’clock, and our kids did not get their play passes until we had to go up there and ask for them. This was very unprofessional and unorganized. I understand that they are busy, but they need to have staff that can do a party or have a limit or how many parties they do in a day. Also, when we asked questions, no one knew what was going on.

The staff at the West Hills location was very friendly and patient. Loved it when I saw an employee cleaning the machines. The kids had a lot of fun although I wish they saw Chucky at least once on their visit but hopefully next time. Overall, we had a great time and the pizza was very yummy.

My boys love Chuck E Cheese! We brought our son for his birthday and we’re pleasantly surprised since we’ve moved recently and this was a new location for us, we didn’t know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was nice and clean with lots of variety . He had a great time!

Everytime i come with my kids, usually its around opening time latest 12pm and everytime they play chuck e cheese theme song and he never come out. I ask the cashier when is chuck e cheeses come out and they say next song but next song come and nothing. I hate the fact that we come early to have a better experience with the machines and chuck e and at the end we wait an hour or more for nothing. This upset me cause my kids want to see him and it never happens. :(

Can’t say enough positive comments about our local ChuckE Cheese in Altoona PA. The Manager and Management team are top notch. The location is always very clean, atmosphere is wonderful and food is fresh and delicious. A “ go to” stop for us to take our grandkids.

I feel that the when playing the games how you are being cheated, a little bit of tickets when playing the games and games are just rigged, Customers encouraged to purchase packages like they are getting something good but it is just so deceiving, This world so unfair!!!

Finally went back to Chuck E Cheese with my 2 grandchildren. Had many birthday parties there in the 90’s with my 3 kids. It was as adorable as ever and will definitely return with my little kiddos. Great fun time!

Ryan is the best! He helped a Grandma with twin boys navigate and download ChuckECheese to get free points. He checked on us throughout our stay to see how we were doing. Just can’t beat the Customer Service at the Broad Street location in Richmond, VA! Thank you Ryan. Trish

Thank you so much to the Everett location. I’ve been coming here every week for a few months and they are so patient and caring. I appreciate everything you all do for the guests.

We come to Chuckie Cheese with our grandkids we get them every other weekend and this is a great place to spend time when it’s rainy! Employees are very kind and patient it’s so important when working with children!

I bought a card on time the last time I was here and realized my other card had points so I paused the new card thinking it would stay paused until this weeks visit. We lost our money because apparently the card can only be paused for the 1 day. It does not explain this when you purchase

Food is great my granddaughter is enjoying so that makes me happy
