Close and restart the Heyo app on iPhone
Update Heyo app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix Heyo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Heyo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Heyo app issues:

Force Stop the Heyo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Heyo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Heyo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Heyo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Heyo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Heyo.

Fix Heyo unable to contact server/ Heyo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Heyo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Heyo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Heyo on android.
