How to fix Postfun app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Postfun app on iPhone
Update Postfun app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Postfun iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Postfun on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Postfun network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Postfun Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Postfun not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Postfun App
1. On android, goto Settings » Postfun » click [Force Stop]

Update Postfun to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Postfun App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Postfun » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Postfun.

Fix Postfun unable to contact server/ Postfun internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Postfun » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Postfun » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
