4 Most reported problems 😔💔
My Tesvor 4000pa robot vacume cleaner purchased on Amazon back in Aug 27, 2020 software became inoperable. I contacted Tesvor many times and was informed a software update / fix was being worked on. I called back several times but the software was never updated. Today I called Amazon customer service and they advised me to contact you again. When will my vacume work properly again? Please refund my purchase or replace my unit. Thank you very much. I’ve had extreme difficulty with using this application to pair with my S6+ robot vacuum. Splitting my WiFi into discrete 2G/5G SSIDS and following the video guides on Tesvor’s website haven’t produced a success connection. It’s quite frustrating.
Please fix the application pairing process.

Won’t connect to Tesvor X500 Pro. The WeBack app works fine as others has stated. Wish the Tesvor app worked though, it has a much better interface.
