I have passed all t required verification as needed except t KYC. Each time, it just reply..a kyc slot is not available at t moment. You will be invited to when it is available. I also have lost 1000 Pi coins in july 2020 yet there is no action so far to have it replaced despite reported. This few days, t Pi Browser app has also failed to work. Can any one have any sugestion to overcome this woe?

Pi browser app crashes whenever I click +add front photo
The pi browser don't allow me to take a photo of my National ID
My pi browser crashes during the last stage of kyc which is identity confirmation. Once it takes my picture and records the short video, the app crashes immediately. I'm unable to start the whole kyc process from start also.
