Get some living reps to handle calls that seem to be beyond the abilities of your existing way of answering important customer questions not covered in the drop down menu you force callers to consult. So far I’ve wasted an hour due to this unhelpful system of yours!
I cannot get help with a problem involving NIPSCO writing to me saying a check bounced. It have tried many ways and many times to get help from a live representative but to no avail. Tell me how to talk to a living, breathing person about my credit u ion says was a billing error on your part.

I have been trying to register my account with this app for a week now and every time I attempt, I get a “service is unavailable” error. Why offer the ease of an app if they won’t make sure it works?
It’s funny, every other monthly bill I have works great, but not NIPSCO. Guess they will get it to work when they can somehow earn money off of it

This app doesn’t allow users to download a copy of the billing statement. This causes users to have to use the online website. Please update your app and allow users to download the billing statement as all other apps allow us to do so for electronic record keeping.
