CentraXX Patient App Status

The collection, storage and processing of your personal health information and other personal data in the context of use of CentraXXPatientApp is carried out by the facility where you are receiving treatment and thus falls under the sole responsibility of your treating facility.  Keep in touch with clinical or study staff by filling out relevant questionnaires in CentraXXPatientApp to document your therapy progress or contribute with valuable information for treatment and research.  By using the CentraXX Patient App, patients undergoing treatment or participating in studies are given access to all data stored about them in a corresponding CentraXX instance.  All data is transferred and stored encrypted and CentraXXPatientApp is unlocked by a password or biometric features such as fingerprint or face scan.  You will receive your personal access data from your participating clinic/facility.  With the messaging system, you are always in touch with your contacts and can easily clarify queries.  For the use of CentraXXPatientApp , in particular for the associated processing of your health data by your treating facility, the respective privacy policy provided by the facility applies, which you will find within CentraXXPatientApp and on the website of the facility.
