Totally worthless. Sent identification documents to them multiple times and was told by multiple customer service agents my documents would be processed and I would be Kroger’s when my account was activated. That was 2 months ago. Worthless.

This is by far the worst betting app/company there is. Don’t waste your money. WynnBET looks like it was designed by a 10 year old, the deposit and withdrawal process is sketchy, and customer service is absolute trash. They actually disconnect on you when they don’t like how the conversation is going snd there’s no way to report these terrible people. Go spend your money with betmgm or draft kings or something

This is app is awful and can not compete with draftkings or fanduel.
Lines never update, app constantly crashes and alternates are always locked for some weird reason. I tried to give it a chance but i cant do it.

It is a pain to have to type in the password each time. Every other Sportsbook supports FaceId.

If you’re looking fo an easy app to navigate, this might be what you’re looking for. Now if you’re an experienced sports gambler who is frequently checking scores, this may not be an app for you. They do not update scores frequently with live games and they have yet to refund or give me my winnings for a parlay. They listed a specific NHL game as a tie when it was not. The senators and maple leafs ended in an 3-4 final. They listed it as a 3-3 final, which is wrong! I tried to call and was put on hold for 12 minutes all to be told no one could answer at the time and they abruptly hung up. There after I emailed and talked with a worker through a chat. They were no help and just told me to expect an email. In conclusion WynnBET is cute to the eye but not efficient when it comes to sports betting. I also had this issue with an early morning MLB game, shaking my head. How do you have this many issues keeping up with scores? And the customer service is just terrible. Every other sorts betting app I have used never gave me these problems. You know you’ve got a bad app when you call and in response get a “ no supports agents are available, leave your name and email”. Come on now, you mean to tell me you are messing with everyone’s money so bad that you can’t even pick up the phone? Sheesh.... please give me my money back that I WON.

Promos are terrible all othe betting apps do way better promos. They don’t update the scores on a regular . I recommend not do use them waste of time

I have a few other Sportsbook apps already. I met a Beth at the NASCAR race at Bristol and signed up for Wynn Bet today. I love the multiple props and ways to bet on College Football and NFL. Their NASCAR bets are pretty solid too. I would recommend

Stick to the top sights, limited live betting and terrible IOS, glitchy, lags and odds are always 3 seconds delayed.
