Im completely locked out of my sons phone. I set time limits but locked him out completely, I then removed him from my parent app with the view to set it up again but when i went to his kids app it said there was restrictions in place and Im now not able to do anything and the phone is rendered useless. How on earth do I fix this?

Hi, I have set time use limits for my child's phone. No apps are being used. I have closed the apps and my child's screen time is still showing that is being used, but it isn't. Is there something that needs to be done to stop my child's time from running out when they are not even using it? Thank you for your help! Tammy
