You can only try on large pilot’s watches. Very limited functionality.

Sneakers, celebrities. Mehhhh!!! Missing the point IWC. Supposedly a watch app and nowhere is mention of Mark XX in app!

I expected to find a lot of information about IWC watches on IWCSchaffhausenApp. Instead, It seems to feature only one watch and a game that does not work. Would be great to be able to get information about all models of IWC watches in one place, but this is not it.

There’s only one watch available in the AR functionality. Please don’t do this. You’re absolutely ruining the user experience. Couldn’t you have waited for enough watches to be added, at least one from each line, before you launch IWCSchaffhausenApp ? Even if Genova is happening tomorrow. Disgraceful.

Garbage not even worth $ 100 over priced

I came here to compare models, configure sizes, straps, and case materials. I’m not able to do any of that. And forget about ordering or even booking an appointment with a dealer or boutique. My advice: just use the regular old school website.

I downloaded IWCSchaffhausenApp to virtually try on the Mark XX, but it is strangely absent from the available watches. What gives?

Too many pop ups wanting to track things. Only had content for pilot line which isn’t what I’m interested in. Waste of my time at best, invasive at worst.

I downloaded IWCSchaffhausenApp because the IWC website was almost impossible to navigate. IWCSchaffhausenApp is just as bad.

I’ve got an iPhone 13 Pro, 5g, fast WiFi. App just never loads, all I see is the spinning loading bar.

IWC advertises you can configure your own Portugieser, but it’s nowhere to be found in IWCSchaffhausenApp . When you click through to the Portugieser site in IWCSchaffhausenApp , you either get a blank page or a 404 error. Just seems some proofreading was never done on such a main interface with clients and potential buyers so either it’s not important enough to matter or someone there is lazy.

Excellent view of the watches. The try-on option is good as well, but It is a slow app and actually crashed a couple of times.

It’s nice to be able to virtually try on a watch, but there is no way to see how the chronograph behaves in the VR app. That matters because I have 3-4 real uses in mind- it’s not a fashion decision.

There isn’t a way to try on a portugesier or portofino. The biggest problem with IWC is that the watches are too big for a lot of people, let us try on the smaller ones please.

It is hard to swipe through watches as well. Other than that IWCSchaffhausenApp seems good!

IWCSchaffhausenApp is nice but whenever I try the AR all I see is a black screen.

Change my life for the best

This is a good companion app for IWC watches. I particularly found the how-to videos for bracelet adjustment informative.

Just picked up the Portugieser iw500710 in Las Vegas and checked out IWCSchaffhausenApp to help me get to know the watch and it's setting, this is my first IWC and I love it. Company seems like a true watch connoisseurs brand and is incredibly well crafted!
