I look at my plan and my premium access says I have "none" but my renewal date is April 10. Been a p[premium member for a while but the last month it has denied me access. Need help getting back on. Thanks

How to fix Walleye Now app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Walleye Now app on iPhone
Update Walleye Now app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Walleye Now iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Walleye Now on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Walleye Now network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Walleye Now Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Walleye Now not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Walleye Now App
1. On android, goto Settings » Walleye Now » click [Force Stop]

Update Walleye Now to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Walleye Now App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Walleye Now » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Walleye Now.

Fix Walleye Now unable to contact server/ Walleye Now internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Walleye Now » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Walleye Now » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Walleye Now
