I'm contacting you to cancel my membership to walleye now premium. Used it for 2 seasons. Learned a lot and caught more walleye too. Very little content change from first season content and second season content. And the price went up. I sincerely thank you!
Paid for prescription but unable to log in
I paid for yearly subscription but the app thinks I have not. I tried restarting the app. Did not work

Had the app for over a year now, tried to open it and find out I have to log in again. I couldn’t remember my password, so I clicked on the reset password link, and never received the email link. Email the company and got no help, just that they were going to send out an up date “soon”, but no guarantee that it would work. Looking to probably cancel since I can’t use it, very disappointing.
New app is worse.

The app was good with great content until the big update happened. Since then my subscription I pay for rarely works. I’m sure the content is great as all of Tom’s stuff is, but I can’t access it even though I’m being charged.
